For much of my professional life, the work was about finding the "right" solution.
I am a Fellow Chartered Account (FCA) with advanced legal training (LL.B, LL.M) and over two decades of experience in tax and finance - work shaped by accountability, complexity and consequences.
Over time, I began to see that some of the hardest decisions were not difficult just because the answers were not available.
They were difficult because different people were looking at the same situation through different assumptions, loyalties, fears and ideas of what they believed they ought to do.
The technical answer could be clear. The human decision often wasn't.
My work now has moved beyond finding the right answer to examining how we arrive at one.
Today I work with individuals who are willing to look closely at how they think, decide and carry responsibility - particularly when the usual way of dealing with something no longer works.
My work is informed by sustained inquiry into identity, awareness and the nature of human experience, alongside my professional training.
What matters is not the labels - but the capacity to stay with reality without distortion.
The work is not about adding more or adopting another belief system - I work through careful inquiry as the way to dismantle what becomes redundant.
When seeing is clear, change often no longer needs to be engineered.
